Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

We currently deliver across India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier partner, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
